Dr. Erica Bockhorst. She literally saved me, made me feel safe, and didn't judge me when I came in, in need of 15k dollars worth of work on self pay without insurance. I was scared to death and together, we got through it. Slowly one appointment at a time. If you have dental phobias, I highly recommend hunting down this incredibly bada$$ woman. She is an angel among humans and will get you through it."

I had a great first time experience today! Hygienist Tara did a really great job cleaning my teeth and I got to meet a lovely young dentist who was very professional and did a great inspection of my mouth! Thankfully all was well! Everyone at the office made me feel very welcome as a new patient! Glad I found this office and so close to home!

I’ve been going to Blue Ash Dental Group for about 5 years now and it’s always a great experience. I had issues with my gums before coming here and they have got me on a great routine and my teeth are and gums are now very healthy. The hygienists are all so nice and do a thorough job and Dr. Detmer is great too!

This office has a very welcoming and clean environment. The staff is always friendly and the service is wonderful. Being their patient for more than 10 years I have not had any issues with the office.

I wanted to give Blue Ash Dental Group a huge thumbs up. I went to get a cleaning and exam done. I was greeted by a professional courteous staff member named Candy who checked me in and let me know who I would be seeing today. The hygienist came to take me back a couple minutes later. Michelle explained the procedure and was very kind and asked me about concerns with my teeth. After I got my teeth cleaned and exam finished I met with Dr. Reynolds who went over my x-rays and recommended treatment for my teeth. I was very surprised because usually most dentists force services on you, but Dr. Reynolds’s recommendations were understood and made me feel comfortable. Finally I met with Meghan, the treatment coordinator who explained Dr. Reynolds’s treatment plan to me and how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable and I felt I was in good hands. I left feeling great and not just another customer.
